Who it is for

For fulfillment providers and businesses with their own warehouses.

Fullcommerce provides software and help getting it running. Your team continues to store and ship the goods using your own carrier accounts. The system connects each step and keeps a shared record of every order.

Fulfillment companies

Manage several clients’ stores in one workspace. Each client sees only their own data, separate carrier accounts can be used, and work is recorded for each order.

Brands with their own warehouse

Replace spreadsheets and paper pick lists with easy-to-learn scanner workflows connected to the stores and carriers you already use.

Carriers

Connections are available for every platform and carrier listed here. The services and destinations you can use depend on your account and contract. See the integrations page for details.

One order, five clear steps.

Choose a step to see how your team could work. The demonstrations use sample data, and selected features are available to try.

Pull paid orders from every connected shop, or one shop at a time, filtered by carrier. Existing orders are never duplicated.

  • Global or per-shop scopeImport across all shops or choose a single store and carrier.
  • No duplicatesRe-running an import never creates a second copy of an order.
  • Issues stay visibleOrders the carrier or shop rejected appear in notifications with the reason.

Orders

The complete history of every order.

Warehouse progress and carrier delivery are tracked as separate states on the same order, so “packed” and “delivered” never get confused. Search, filter and open the full timeline without leaving the workspace.

  • Tabs for all, in-queue, completed and returned orders; filters by shop, carrier, carrier status and date.
  • Overview, items, fulfillment timeline and carrier history on one order page.
  • Customer notification states, delivery-sync checks and label reprints from the same screen.

Anyone with access can check an order’s status without having to ask a colleague.

Products & stock

Keep product identity and stock together.

Every physical variant has its own SKU, barcodes and shelf location. Stock is tracked separately for each store, with a history of who changed each value.

  • Catalog synchronisation from connected shops, with a review queue for products that still need setup.
  • Shop-scoped stock table with search, status filters, inline absolute stock saves and Excel export.
  • Stock history with actor, action, before and after values and CSV export.

Answer stock questions with records you can check rather than estimates.

Returned goods

Check the return and follow its progress.

Scan the returned parcel’s internal label and record the quantity received for each item. The saved inspection is the basis for restocking and the cancellation request sent to the store.

  • Explicit received quantities per line; partial and missing items are represented, not assumed.
  • Only units actually received go back to stock; non-physical lines are excluded.
  • Processing states with retry for store cancellation, and a return inventory audit on the order.

Returns stay traceable, and stock increases only by the quantity actually received.

Staff statistics

Compare performance with order size in view.

Active Pick + Pack time is measured per completed order and summarised as company average and median, then broken down by order size and by employee.

  • Daily and weekly trends; order-size bands of 1, 2–5, 6–10 and 11+ units.
  • Individual and shared work, with the measurement quality shown beside the numbers.
  • Idle gaps, skips and waiting between stages are excluded — this is work time, not attendance.

Use measured data to plan staffing and improve processes, with the limits of the measurement clearly shown.

Managed setup

We connect and configure. You can keep working.

Implementation is part of the service. We work through four steps, agreeing on the result and what we need from your team at each stage.
How setup works
  1. 01 · Discovery

    Map the operation

We review how orders arrive, how products are identified and what happens at the picking and packing benches.

  2. 02 · Configuration

    Configure the workspace

We connect the shops and carriers, prepare product data, shelf locations and labels, and set up roles and customer email templates.

  3. 03 · Validation

    Validate the workflow

Your team runs real orders through import, pick, pack, tracking and returns in a controlled way before relying on it.

  4. 04 · Handover

Go live with a clear handover

A controlled rollout with a documented handover, agreed support scope and a review of alerts and recovery routines.
